I am a philosopher working at the intersection of phenomenology and cultural anthropology, with particular interests in human plurality, the lifeworld, and the relation between nature and culture.
Research profile
Plural worlds,
a common world
My current research brings phenomenological philosophy into dialogue with contemporary anthropology and its critique of supposedly universal Western categories.
I examine how distinct ways of perceiving, feeling, and acting emerge within shared environments, and how phenomenology can account for this plurality without reducing it either to cultural representations or to a fixed human nature.
This work engages Husserl, Merleau-Ponty, Heidegger, and Derrida alongside authors such as Descola, Ingold, Strathern, and Viveiros de Castro.
